Returns

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. 



Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for an item of the same size and price. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all exchanged items.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at motherwolfcandleco@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.



Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to motherwolfcandleco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the photographic proof for your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at motherwolfcandleco@gmail.com.
